Re: A photo you took, today

Why? Why not?
Re: A photo you took, today
The weather down South has been crap this weekend, so my buddy Kev & I decided to swap our knobblies over for trials tyres in readiness for the Somerset TRF Forest day in Exmoor on the 7th April.
Not a fun task, but certainly easier with 2 peaople working the levers!

springtime in Northants
"The trails of the world be countless, and most of the trails be tried.
You tread on the heels of many, till you come where the ways divide.
And one lies safe in the sunlight, and the other is dreary and wan, Yet you look aslant at the Lone Trail, and the Lone Trail lures you on....
....Bid good-bye to sweetheart, bid goodbye to friend, The Lone Trail, the Lone Trail, follow to the end.
Tarry not, and fear not, chosen of the true;
Lover of the Lone Trail, The Lone Trail waits for you"

Does yesterday count ....
A ride out from Kent to Essex and I joined them at the destinations as I came from Herts.

Re: A photo you took, today
The sun is shining, at last, so out on the bike I go for a float around. Took a few pics:
Top of Portsdown Hill overlooking Portsmouth with The Solent and the Isle of Wight in the distance
Royal Marine Commando Memorial, note complete with Red Nose, on the entrance to the Royal Marines Museum, Portsmouth
The plaque for the Memorial figure
Southsea (Portsmouth) seafront opposite the Memorial
