I love the impromptu bimbles that can crop up in Winter. This is one of my favourite spots in the Peaks and probably where my ashes are going to be strewn...

How u doing down there Steve? Good season?

Keep em lean, keep em keen . . . . . until they feck-orf to somewhere with feed of course

Just out & about on the Alp for shits&giggles on the tracks (any excuse :D ), checking the feeders as I go. Popping back in a load lugger if top ups are required.

Haven't shot much photography over past month due to usual winter crappy weather. Had a medical appointment this morning in Glasgow, such a photogenic curvaceous building with superb colours and classic angles.

Out on the pedal bike yesterday and I saw this in a university sports field.

There were rugby posts, football posts and these. They’re clearly well made, yet they’re weirdly shaped and facing away from each other.
Earthbound Quidditch goals?
Nope, said my daughter. They have three round goals.

Any guesses?

No. They are the wrong shape and my daughter’s a lacrosstitute so she’d have spotted it.

That looks spot on.

I’ll have to cuff the daughter.
