Picked up this cb500x yesterday and took it for a 233 mile ride. What a great bike! Light, agile, quick enough and averaged at 77mpg so no need to stop every couple of minutes to fill the tank.

I've got a couple of good mates with the cbr500's and I couldn't believe that they had enough real world power mixed with being so light, and being a big fan of the xr125 and its economy I couldn't resist when I saw this one and it's great mpg. I've still got the XR but gave a friend my CG to make room for the CB500. (The CG was rubbish anyway )

I'm heading up to Scotland again next year and taking the XR means a long couple of days whereas the CB500 will make it in the day..
