its probably been asked before, and I have done a search but no luck, might have even asked myself in the past. I have a short video from whats app/facebook its on this computer as an mp4 format file, I have tried and failed to post it. So please Is there a post on here someplace showing the procedure. Ta.

Stick it on youtube (other platforms available) then put up a link.
