's easy.....Just buy any enduro bike made in the last 15 years, the so called 'seats' they fit will soon have you standing up for at least half the ride

I bought a crf250X .. ( X is for X-rated rear action) .. I used it for a week and was laid up for a month after ... sheesh I wuzz real SORE !!

I got the crf250L straight after
and I have never looked back, or should I say .. `never looked behind`


ps .. it never occurred to me to stand up .. but too much maintenance anyway

Always stand up going through water, you don't get your bollocks wet .....its only a duff knee that stops me from standing all time much easier.

Unless you are short like Piff his bollocks are in the water when he is standing up

Hilarious replies of course. But I wasn't actually claiming that we forded the Zambezi It's a small local stream. What was so newsworthy was the fact that no-one fell in despite this. Remember we are nobs, with no pretensions to great skill. Crashing is a regular and amusing consequence of our days out. Sometimes we even crash into each other with no other obstacles in sight . If any of us started taking the whole thing too seriously I'd probably call it a day.

Nothing hard about crossing that
