working in London I have seen these scooterists first hand run red lights no number plates the police have no chance and the general public ie you and me , are left to our own devices to protect your own property do what you can I will

In Edinburgh bike thieves numbers are raising by the day. They are also violent

Reports of a raid on an Apple store in central London using mopeds and violence may start pushing it up the political agenda. Figures of 19,000 incidents involving mopeds in London this year have also been mentioned.
