Yes access here and in Romanian is good, but I have noticed that they to are making national parks and in these you are restricted to the main tracks. Romainia will have problems in the future thanks to the amount of enduro and extreme they do. Some of the Romainiac's tracks are 3 feet deep now.
But for trail riders and adv bikes there will always be masses of trails.
There is an area on the other side of the mountains from my place and groups of 20 riders go out of a Sunday and the tracks all down to the bed rock, turning into rivers in the winter and spring. I moved here from Turkey just for the offroad , yes really. I can ride from the house and remain off road all day never using the same track twice!!
