That is excellent PR, you deserve to be busy next year. I am a fair way behind where I wanted to be and will now be working through the winter to finish 2 apartments, shooting permitted The Bunkhouse is a long way from completion but hey ho, I have enjoyed the summer being over here !!

Just bolting a 990 back together for the sole purpose of coming down to see you, one of the best short trips I've been on, great riding, superb hospitality and now you have a pool (thumbs)

I can not recommend this place enough, brilliant terrain and even better hosts and accommodation, gorgeous place and I echo what Stewie says about being one of the best trips yet! Thanks again for having us Phil and I will be down again with Stewie (thumbs)
