Well, a tin of Strongbow washed down the pasta salad, followed by a seat in the lounge with a nice dram, 18yr old Tomatin from my collection.
A lovely single malt, 43% by vol, from the Monadhlaith hills, with a similar sweet taste to a good Speyside dram but with a hint of peat, served, as ever, by the delectable Fiona (she'll not know what that means, she's been on the Jack Daniels!)
Another recommended dram from the Highlands!

Well it's JD & coke until the bottle is empty, then Jim Beam will take over.

Since we're indulging in a spot of PUI, i'm snaffling a glass of italian red (no idea what 'cos the wife bought it ), not my usual tipple but hey, nowt else in the hoose! :laugh:
