Alcohol is definitely a common theme!

I got :

A bottle of 2006 Rioja - aged in oak for 3 years

A bottle of Speyside single malt - smooth 12 year old scotch

A bottle of Laphroaig Quater Cask - Heaven in a bottle. 48% peat smokey beauty.

No, they were out of fashion by the time I was old enough so we got an Atari 2600 instead.

Seeing as I'm younger than you....

Santa brought me a small battery poweredprinter for photos about 3" by 2".
So when we're riding abroad like we have in India a couple of times we can take photos of the kids and print them out instead of just showing them on the LCD screen.
In keeping with the general theme I also received 2 bottles of Talisker, which with frugal restraint will almost see me through to next Xmas.

frugal!! must be sipping through a sponge, just make sure you don't leave it too long or it will evaporate, that is as far as i'm concerned a good enough reason to not let it sit too long once opened  ;)

Well my presents seemed to reflect my current (temporary) invalid status... Lots of books and a few nice bottles of wine!

I did get a new set of Thor MX gear from Mrs MC so I can look all colour coordinated when I eventually get back on the bike.

And my present to myself... A spare set of trail wheels for the CCM so I can have a green lane set and a Racing set. Also included a proper trail size front disc and caliper bracket as I've been running a (rather grabby) supermoto disc to date. And a GSXR 1000 K1 silencer with an adapter to fit the CCM, a common performance mod. Can't wait until I'm able to get out in the garage and start fettling.

I got a kindle to take away on trips and then to ensure I get to where I want to SWMBO bought me a SW Motech cockpit GPS mount for the S10 and a waterproof case for the Garmin Sat Nav.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting for the mount as SW Motech won't sell to you direct as they have a UK dealer but they didn't have any in stock, typical, hopefully it will be here soon.
