The Boorman - Anyone Going?

Post by Freeloadeur »

I'm off to see "Ewan's best friend" (as the local rag calls him) at Potters Bar tomorrow, is anyone else? Fancy meeting in the pub opposite before if you are?

I'll let you know what he was like after the show...

I'll probably give it a miss this time as I caught him in Aylesbury last time round. Not a bad evening - the format was a kind of DIY chat show where someone you've never heard of comes with him and there's a question and answer session on a couch they push on the stage. The foyer was a BMW marketing show with 1200GS's etc, complete with "touch the bike and we'll set the dogs on you" notices. Overall though not bad - even my (non biker) wife found it entertaining. However, once is enough!

I know what you mean, I felt dirty just typing it, as if I'd just admitted to liking German Donkey Porn at an RSPCA meeting.

PS. Feel free to PM if you don't want anyone to know.

Tempting as it's only 25 miles down the road

But then again he's in Stevenage on the 31st and that's only 3 miles down the road

I never met him before would love to see him out of interest, but working

Last Tues was the Saunders in Ipswich, I phoned the sec he said 'see you tomorrow'
I thought Wend? ok - missed it.

I like listening to all these 'Heroes of Adventure' as they all have there own slant on things, Of course the HU 2012 (if I don't get dates wrong!) should be quite good too, hereing from 'jo blogs' who has done it,
or via here B)
