I don't read that as closed borders, the document is talking about reintroduced border controls. Note that some of those dates pre-date the corona virus situation and are related to terrorist threats.AlanHolt wrote: ↑Sun Apr 05, 2020 3:34 pm https://ec.europa.eu/home-affairs/what- ... control_en
According to this, France intends to keeps its internal borders closed until the 30th October 2020.

Re: Covid 19 Coronavirus
Feeling enormously better today. Slept like a particularly fluffy log wrapped in cotton wool perched on a cloud, last night - which was very welcome. Dreamed about greenlaning and Glastonbury, rather than giant pangollins with bat-wings - which again was nice.
Cough at least 75% better, aching gone, temperature normal. So that's almost exactly 7 days I think. Best of luck to anyone showing symptoms. Hope you get the mild version.

Re: Covid 19 Coronavirus
Thanks. I've been planning something along these lines ,only a bit more exotic ! Just waiting on Royal mail delivery to start things off !
(I just received one of those frightening one million letters from NHS. As my spleen was lost in a bike accident I now have no immune system and I need to be SUPER careful for a while. Seems like I'll have very low chances if I get infected.)
I'll post up my solution when finished, incase anyone else here is in my position.

Some might find this an interesting read, and some I’m sure will find reasons to disagree with it.
