No idea...maybe mid-wales somewhere...looks like a large reservoir...somewhere in the Elan Valley?

Hello Bob,

You might know it as the site of the Liberator crash just above the slate quarry in Rosebush ( Tafarn Sinc pub ???)

There is also the ball turret from B-17 Gunga Din in the same general area which we found just before......

Sadly, for the USAF, Pembrokeshire was the first bit of high ground they encountered after departing America RIP


One of the propellers of B-26 Maurauder 'Lil Lass' ( named after the pilot's daughter) is in the car park at Whitesands Bay, outside St Davids
