Re: Four wheels on my scooter....
Interesting. Report obviously written by a non-motorcyclist. 257kgs is NOT light for a motorbike! And for a 'scooter' it's absurd.
I'd like to have a go. The double front-wheeled scooter from a few years ago (can't remember its name) was said to be almost uncrashable, and great in the wet.
It's surely crying out to have an electric pack/motor fitted, because it'll have a bit more room for more battery capacity, and therefore more range.
I was in Dafy Moto Poitiers recently and they had a Niken GT in there I was poring over. Ingenious engineering at the front end. Has anyone ridden anything like this?

What a pile of shite
Did somebody pay someone to write this bollox? At £8,000 it’s double the price of a regular scooter. But you get double the wheels and double the chance of surviving your commute. A bargain, I’d have thought.

I think everybody missed it, that review is 4 years old. I haven't seen a single one in London. I find it bizarre that although it requires the road positioning, observation skills and cornering / braking techniques of a motorcycle, you'd need no prior motorcycling experience to ride one out the door!
