For me, it's be some early-ish Greg Allman stuff, for example Laid Back. Or maybe some classic Caravan stuff such as Land of Grey & Pink. Or pretty much any Focus album. I could go on....all manner of Uriah Heep albums spring to mind.

I gave someone Boney M Nightflight to Venus for Christmas......totally gobsmacked by it. Had gotten through life without hearing it.

Another...Rennaissance...Live at Carnegie Hall now there's a vocalist...Annie Haslam.

Bobby McGee by Janis Joplin

Someone mentioned Fleetwood Mac. I’m trying to remember the names of their old Blues music, before Rumours and worldwide fame. Can anyone remember?

How old is she Bren & what's her usual listening? There's nothing worse than being force fed something you can't stand in the first place!

From the ladies Amy Winehouse Back to Black is almost classic now & make good driving music with a bit of carpool karaoke (AC/DC Back in Black is the better one mind  )

I find Joni Mitchell a bit meh but always had a soft spot for Beth Orton, Comfort of Strangers has some great tracks.

Bob Marley & the Wailers - Exodus,

David Bowie - The Rise & Fall of Ziggy Stardust

Metallica - Master of Puppets

Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Californication

Theres so much good music out there you could probably do the trip until 2119. Enjoy the music bonding
With enough profanity, you can accomplish anything

Creedence Clearwater Revival. TBH just go for a greatest hits album, it's the songs that people will recognise or most likely like!
Foo Fighters. The Color And The Shape or There Is Nothing Left to Lose.
