I just hope it's a good 'un, as i feel partly responsible...

There was something about that advert, and the pics, that looked right to me. Sometimes you get a good feeling that a bike is worth going for. It's a lot of bike for the money.diggermanbob wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 7:58 pmCheers Dave and yes you are responsible but I won't hold it against youdaveuprite wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 7:12 pm Well that's what is technically known as 'Not fuc*ing about'. There's active FJR forums so you'll get all the advice you need on there, but I do remember that they need regular throttle body synchronisation and benefit a lot from a Power Commander III plus a little dyno time - everything gets smoothed out and the bike is much nicer to ride. A mate of mine had one and we swapped occasionally. Nice torquey engine and really comfortable. Chassis is sensitive to squared off tyres, and when they are replaced the bike feels like new again. Can't think of anything else.
Happy touring...

Nice looking bike, wishing you many happy miles
Open your eyes and you see what is in front of you, open your mind and you see a bigger picture but open your heart and you see a whole new World.
