There was something about that advert, and the pics, that looked right to me. Sometimes you get a good feeling that a bike is worth going for. It's a lot of bike for the money.

There's active FJR forums so you'll get all the advice you need on there, but I do remember that they need regular throttle body synchronisation and benefit a lot from a Power Commander III plus a little dyno time - everything gets smoothed out and the bike is much nicer to ride. A mate of mine had one and we swapped occasionally. Nice torquey engine and really comfortable. Chassis is sensitive to squared off tyres, and when they are replaced the bike feels like new again. Can't think of anything else.
