Warm, sunny weather over the weekend , bikers out in large numbers .
Tragically three motorcyclists are in hospital with life-threatening injuries following three separate crashes, two in North Wales and one on Gower.
Irrespective of cause and blame it is a tragedy for all the families of those involved, hoping they pull through.
Take care out there, enjoy the riding but please return home to your loved ones safely .

Re: Tragic weekend on the Welsh roads
THE motorcyclist killed in a crash on the A468 has been named as 60-year-old Gareth Williams from the Bedwas area of Caerphilly.
The accident, which also involved a car, happened on the A468 near Lower Machen, Caerphilly, at 7.50am yesterday (Thursday, April 19).
Emergency services attended the scene of the crash between Royal Oak (Lower Machen) and Pentre Tai Road (Rhiwderin), but shortly afterwards it was confirmed Mr Williams had died as a result of his injuries.
In a moving tribute, his family described Mr Williams as "a true gentleman" and "the most loving, selfless man and devoted husband and father."
Very sad week Gareth was a true gent and a mate.

That happened just a few miles from me and I was talking to someone about it the other day, his brother was held up for work that morning and cursing the traffic when he got the call about the tragedy.Benson-1215 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 23, 2018 6:50 pm THE motorcyclist killed in a crash on the A468 has been named as 60-year-old Gareth Williams from the Bedwas area of Caerphilly.

Thed rider was overtaking a lorry and a car pulled out of the side junction accross the front of the lorry and into his path.

Re: Tragic weekend on the Welsh roads
Lets be honest folks, every year it's pretty much the same story, new season starts, first bright warm weekend, carnage on the roads, in the main down to rider fault.

Not sure of the details on this but the rider was an all year rider. But it looks like speed was a big factor.
