Shows just how vulnerable we are, as bikers

The car driver, totally protected probably just walked away with no physical injuries

Shocking how careless the driver was. Poor biker.

Easy to come a real cropper
Happened to a mate, 10 years ago
Exactly the same, car crossed white line on a bend and hit him head on
He T boned the bonnet and went over the top
Head injuries and many broken bones
Helicoptered out of the Dales
Horrible to watch from behind and feel so helpless
The impact was so great to his BMW 1200 GSA that it split his engine in two and hot oil sprayed all over the road and rider
Took him 5 years to get back on a bike - his mind was in bits long after his body healed, he kept getting flashbacks
