Heavy Duties (panniers)

Post by boatman »

Hi folks
Not been in here for a while ( for one reason or another :D )
I wondered if anyone has had any dealings with the above company relatively recently ?? They are good guys and I have bought from them successfully in the past, I have sent 2 emails recently with an enquiry but had no response .

I found they can be a bit slow to respond to emails but set out stuff promptly.

I have bought 2 separate bikes worth of panniers /racks , engine bars etc , both times the articles turned up exactly when they said they would :D 👍 . Which is why I was wondering about getting no response . Maybe they are on hols or away riding :D
It will presumably become clear in due course

I bought crash bars and panniers racks off them a few months back. As been said already they are a bit slow at responding to emails.
Once I got talking to Alex the order was placed and the crash bars and panniers racks arrived a few weeks later.

I will say that they are very well made and they do live up to the heavy duties name and I was impressed with them.
