250 vstrom

Post by fatowl »

It occurred to me that if the 1000cc vstrom is called the vstrom, and the 650 is the wee-strom, does that mean the new 250 is the wee-wee-strom ?!

Well, you've got the Vee (1000cc) The Wee (Old 650) The Glee (Gladius based 650)

The 250 is based on the Inazuma parallel twin... so maybe a name derived from that?

They should have made a V-twin 250 engine...

Honda used to have a 250 V twin :) , but not in the uk :(

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_VTR250

Think the baby vara used the same lump but sleeved to bring it down to 125cc, and they were a cracking little bike :)

Believe that the euro emissions put pay to those bikes from Honda
