Parking Fine.......what do you think?

Seems a bit harsh. It really should be clear where you can and can't park. Can't believe that you'd win an appeal though.

Don't let it put you off Leeds. Kirkstall Rd may not be beautiful but lots of Leeds is really good these days. All round The Calls, Trinity etc very attractive now. Lots of great venues for gigs and shed loads of good bars, restaurants etc. All walkable too. I like the place.

We've given up to Leeds cos of the cost of parking & my other half was born there.

What a country , several years back on a visit to friends in London ,when leaving for home we stopped in a ASDA car park to buy shit you can't get here , on returning to the car there was a traffic warden walking away from it and a ticket on the screen !!!!
I did contest it ................right away !!! and all i got was a shrug and nod towards a tiny sign !!! paying to go the there shop , yeh right , i politely passed the ticket back to the warden and advised him to come and get the fine from France
