Let's see your crap but brilliant vehicles....

Here's mine.....
2003 Ford Ranger, carries a bulk bag of sand in the back, tows my mini-digger.
I've had it 5 years, it's had two services and some kind of drive shaft replaced total spend under £500 in repairs/maintenance.
I never lock it, never wash it, never clean it inside. It starts every time, no dramas.
It's got electric windows, central locking, air con and the radio works!
I park it anywhere without worrying about it being nicked or vandalised.
There's something liberating about having a good cheap bit of kit, no need to fret about little dinks and scrapes effecting its re-sale value.

I drive an 03 X5
Not quite cheap as chips but does everything I want from a vehicle for a few hundred quid a year on parts and labour.
Canoes on the roof, bikes on the back and tows the caravan.
Only down sides are the electrics and the consumption but still cheaper to repir than buying a newer vehicle.

My 2004 Rav4 139'000miles never fails to start, it gets me and my two dogs over rough terrain to go walking, also take back seats out and I can fit two mountain bikes in it😉👍.. I look after it but don't worry were I leave it..

Behind my pristine bike our second lickle red van. Gone now but I think I lost about £500 in four years odd and put a couple of seals in it plus tyres. ImageIMG_20160903_153018806 - Copy by herman munster, on Flickr
