Hi, just to let Darren friends know this afternoon he was knocked off his bike by a Landover, he tried to keep the bike upright but ran out of road collided with a dry stone wall.
Thankfully due to his top notch kit saved him from serious injury, got away with broken ribs, dislocated shoulder, cuts and bruises, CT scan and x-rays done once he strapped up he is coming home ...
Bike not fared so well I'm afraid
