Not sure where you get that idea. This would suggest the IRA suffer from way more mental health problems.

To suggest that a human being who decided it's somehow beneficial or "God's will" to kill or maime scores of other human beings, is not mentally ill, is an argument I can't fathom. They have to be sick to contemplate it never mind do it.
