Sort of like the time a doctor assisted at the scene of an RTA and sat an injured woman in his car while he attended to others. Fire brigade arrived and asked the woman had she been involved in the RTA and she said yes, they then removed the car roof un-beknowns to the doctor until after the event

so they never thought to contact the owner of the vehicle before blowing it up ? how long to get a bomb team out or make a quick call ?
