Recently lost our Jack Russel/border cross Maddie, 18 years and never a dull moment, sometimes she drove us bloody crazy but by god we miss her. Gotta love the 'every walks a new adventure' spirit no matter 5 minutes round the block or half a day up the Forest she made the most of very minute.

Oscar and me had a love/hate relationship. The little bugger could snarl and nip with the best of them. And if you went out of the house without him--- well, he played merry hell. But when I took him to the vets for the last time I just broke.
The good Lady Bill reckons that the next dog we have will definately be female and definately NOT a j/r. Mmmnn, I love a challenge
