all the courier firms are having problems I believe so they may well be in the post I have been waiting 3 weeks for some kit to be picked up

That does not explain the different dispatch dates we have been given or the lack of communication.
A UPS tracking number would be good so we could at least get in touch to see where they were, if they have been sent at all.
