What's Yours Called?....

I know a certain man who has named 2 of his 3 bikes....the first is Thomas Shirely, the second is Shirely Thomas and the third he just refers to as The Tiger :blink:

Is this odd and should I seek professional advice? Or have you got a pet name for your 2 wheeled beast?

Normally i just call my V strom the "Strom" and the Triumph the "Trophy".
But................. when i drag one out for a bimble and the batterys flat....................

Lets just say i use an alternative.

I used to refer to my TDM as my "thing" (well it was one of the man things I used to play with :unsure: ) but I haven't really named the KTM... and no I'm not going to call it Katy (that's my SatNavs name anyway!)

I thought it was normal to name your bike? :unsure:

My GS is Called George it just sort of suited him.

The Serrow is called Gonzo because he has a big purple front mudgaurd.

From my understanding (and it's very limited at the moment!), a KTM is an Austrian motorbike...? If this is the case, then how about Angelika....Franziska or Letta?

The Pegaso is Johnny.

Prior to the top box and panniers the back of the bike resembles Johnny 5. Now Johnny 5 has a hat and ear muffs but still J5.

Lol I think my partners GS adventurer look like Johny 5 after he got beat up. When we open the garage door both the GS's are staring back at us and they both just look like a pair of deformed squinty machines, it makes me laugh. :laugh:

Just in case anyone does not recall who Johnny 5 was. The resemblance is uncanny. I wonder what my bike would look like with a Mohawk?
