Eerrr I did spend quite a while on goggle earth looking for any signs of our old base up north in SWA (Namibia) and the one on the 18` longitude line - spent a very long six months there

1st Battalion The Queens Lancashire Regiment (Infantry), 1972 - 1982, even though the Regiment no longer exists, we still meet every year, it's now held at the Coast Riders cafe in Blackpool, because most of us turn up on bikes.
