Adventure Bike Rider Forum

The first forum I ever joined was TBM, I rode an xr600 at the time hence redbikejohn. I used to do quite a lot of trail riding reports that people seemed to like but forums don't keep reports for long I started my own website and it seemed logical to keep my same name as I was know by it even though I had moved onto ktm's. Been very slack these last few years but when I was still very keen I had about half a million hits a year. No idea know. Not done many reports this year.

Nickname provided by my "skinny" wife of 35 years and her family .......whilst living in Hong Kong for many years.

Not sure ...................but think it is a term of endearment

Red because in my military documents it stated I had communist tendencies, the Murty part comes from an Irish/Norwegian cross bred mate of mine who could never say Murphy when he had a few brews.
