What once was a hardly used narrow lane with narrow pavements is now being used as a major through route with the inevitable happening...
A motorcyclist died and a family of four got wiped out by a HGV travelling down the road at 60mph (30limit) a short while ago.
I have trouble getting me bike out onto the road some days.....

Its either 56, or the driver has illegally disabled the limiter. This serious tampering would show up on the tacho card.

I'll post my opinions on any thread I please....
I get sick of truck bashing and misinformation about trucks by people, usually by people who have absolutely no knowledge of the haulage industry. Also the sort of people who would be the first to complain if goods weren't delivered to shops, these goods all delivered by trucks.

Cat C HGV's for example.
Or do you think it is OK. for a HGV to do even 56mph in a 30 zone and this is OK. to kill people.
