If it's home garage stuff including engine rebuilds and welding, I can recommend professional LR mechanic Simon V near Bromsgrove.
He's done up or fixed up my XR400, XSR700 and Himalayan, and all with an attention detail I'd not manage, even if I had a garage of my own.
He's even produced a 350-cc big bore kit for a few TTR250s
He's got a van too so can pick up and deliver, and all at reasonable rates.
