well with my knee and then my dad dying and all the crap that brought about I was feeling well down,suffer with depression anyway,and yet this superman actually had a smile on my ugly mug for what feels like forever.feeling much more positive about everything now I can see me being able to get back onto my bike again. (thumbs)
