Sacha Dench has been featured on BBC Breakfast a few times over the last year or so, she's just been on again having returned from a trip. She doesn't ride a bike though, she flys a motor paraglider thing and has followed migratory swans 4000miles including a big stretch across Russia where she was unaided and had to carry all her kit on the glider, including weapons to fight off bears.
