Arse dropped out of the weather today ,down to 29°c so lets do a bit harder stuff

80% single track stuff ....................well thats streching the truth a bit if you call 6inch wide single track !!!

I let Alex lead saying "don't turn off" !!! all went well untill we got to the big drop

Last timei was here i turned round but hell Alex is on a "TRAILS BIKE"

There no way you can tell how steep this is but we both had to walk/ski the bikes down

Image20180624_112626 by Philip Parkinson, on Flickr

All as loose as hell and fecking red hot ............................so they told porkies about the tempreture

Image20180624_112909 by Philip Parkinson, on Flickr

Got to the bottom and congratulated each other on how heroic we where .........................yeh right , lucky bastards

After 15 mins or so cooling down we set of and within 10m spied yet another new trail ........it'd be rude not to follow it

And were rewarded with a little slope

Alex beat me but neither of us could get to the top

Did at least another hour and stopped for a sarnie , again in the shade

Another great day out with Phil .
The tracks here are fantastic , plenty of variety.
The only thing better is the hospitality .
Makes the long trek here well worthwhile.

Who's that away up there ImageImageImage
