Phil's "dry river bed" is kind of infamous. A river bed? Yes. Dry? No, not really. And several victims have had to dry out their bikes accordingly.

But yesterday we unexpectedly faced an almost totally dry river and we pushed on for bend after bend, until we swear we heard sea-gulls in the distance. It was some of the best biking ever. 3kms of amazing riding.

If you ever get the chance, make your way to Jax Shack.

Keep saying it but you live in a special place as doing what you do anywhere else would see you hanged :o ....the spanidh and Portuguese are getting real nasty about off piste bysh waking stuff...

Long may it continue...id need a bike thats small. Lite and man i miss that dr250 8-)
