Regarding the Yuletide rally s it possible to turn up Thursday evening or is it strictly Friday to Sunday??

John--just spoken to Lewis at the centre to book a bunk but he can't open up particular parts yet-not decided---apparently the general manager has gone on leave and he is the only one with your number. Could you please phone Lewis at the centre with your number and then they can advise when they have decided which bunkhouses and pods to open up you can post on here and we can then book.

Also is there an off-road ride planned. It’s my Christmas party the day before I need to know how fresh I need to be

should be plenty of bunkhouse space ,

i will get in touch with the site on Monday to sort out anything

plus theres now a few wanting thursday to stay

Just had an e-mail from lewis at the centre--they have decided on which accommodation to open up so you can book direct with them.

no Chris all bunkhouse accommodation will be sorted by me and my team on a first come basis ,

just had a word within Adrian and the camping fee is £7 per night

and the bunkhouse is £20 per night all to be payed on the day in cash only to one of are team ..

anyone wanting to come on the Thursday its been OKed by the site manager


there will be a small fee for fire wood tobe added
