Salisbury plains 12th or 13th March

Planning a little ride to Salisbury plains on one of those days. Nothing too hardcore as I’m on my KTM 1190R and my skill levels are not there yet
Let me know if someone wants to join or even is someone knows some good spots there.

Hi zimtim,

Went 2 weeks ago, obviously I was avoiding red flags areas and was all good. I want from Ablington and was all good, heard some shooting and seen Apache helicopter flying by which was bloody amazing I have to say.
Still, I will give it a go, at least will have a ride I guess..

I may be able to join you on the 12th, but won't know for sure until I decide which day I'll leave the Malvern ABR RALLY. Are you going to that event? I'm on a 950 ktm, and would say I'm confident about falling off in mud

That would be great! So I would plan more for the 12th then.
I am on 1190r and haven’t lay her down yet (touch the wood). But my skills are basic so I plan to do lots of practice at the same time.
I wish I had a time for the rally!

My plan is to camp somewhere within easy reach of the plain on Sunday night so I can ride without the tent on Monday.
I have only ridden there once before and kept things simple as I was on my own. Looking forward to another visit.
What time will you guys be there for?

Just making sure, 12th is Tuesday.
I was thinking to arrive around 10/11am, but that depends on where as I will be riding from Hertfordshire.
