the joys of Mways to get to decent roads.
I will simply be trundling West to Glencoe, by whichever little side trip takes my fancy, on Thursday morning.
Looks like a "phased arrival" in Strontian !

Re: Ardnamurchan 2019
Dougie K has decided to join me and it looks like we are up to Fort Bill, out the Mallaig road to Lochailort, south to Salen and back east to Strontian.
The brew spot at Banavie Locks has even been agreed !

Hi Eric and the lads!
Managed to get friday off, so will get the Stranraer ferry early Fri morning and hopefully see you all up there at some stage later in the day.
Hopefully there's a chippy and a pub nearby!

A few photo's from my fleeting visit to Erics gathering . . .
Busy local roads . . .
. . . being blocked by some wandering locals
A few from near Strontian . . .
Plenty of bods at the gathering, which was nice to see, with some of the faces known to me from previous meets. Good to meet you guys
Eric had done his best to break a goodly number of attendees on Friday by making them chase him all the way to Skye and back . To say they were a tad tired when they got back would be an understatement!
Took this one on my way home today, looking across to Fort William and Ben Nevis, after the sea har had cleared . . . almost
