If you're all good boys and girls and if John lets me do it, I might read a few pages from my "Road Trip New Zealand " book before it's published on Amazon in a month or so, just to get interest up. Waddaya reckon?

Shit weather and no off-road ride plus "stuff" to be dealt with .... therefore change of plans and won't be there

Hi guys
I know it's late, but not long got back. Set off on the 990 and got about half way before it started over heating (suspect theres crap in the oil lines after the clutch melt down last month). So a slow wet crawl home.
Hoping to get down tomorrow on the V-Strom.

Sorry to have let you off road lot down chaps. I spent another four hours on the 690 last night with no joy. Hope you all have a good, if soggy weekend.

The effort is appriciated, as was the offer to lead us off road. (Does that make sense?)
Must be a KTM thing as my 990 let me down again this weekend.
Oh well lets hope for better luck/weather next time

As today is the last day of the rally, I wonder how it went?

Weather seemed a bit variable and, what with it being Mothering Sunday today, I had a few things that I needed to get done.

Plus, I didn't see the anouncement until it was too late to book anyway.

Thanks to Devon John for another great weekend a bit wet Friday night bit damp on sat but had a great time .
the ride out was great on some very nice road and some very good back lanes bit slippery in places but every one got back ok &
Only 1 off on a back lane rider was ok . Bike snapped his foot peg off but some of the boys had him back on the road
