Just a heads up for those not familiar with Dent. There is a road in that leaves the A65 opposite the Trees Caravan Park signposted Far Westhouse and heads up to the Marton Arms pub and on to Dent. Whilst this road is interesting it is narrow and has, if memory serves, 4 gates or so with one of them at the bottom of a steep drop in the road (i know of a bike that rolled forward off it's stand and into the ditch while the rider was opening the gate there) so, if you'd sooner not mess about whilst fully loaded i would recommend going in via Sedbergh or the A683 from Devils Bridge (Kirkby Lonsdale).

Well its looking good for me attending. The bike is packed and barring any last minute issues I will be setting off tomorrow.

Good point that Tony thanks for posting it up, I normally come in through Barbon with can be interesting as well when you have a good load on the back
