Noted that evening meals are sorted , but will there be any hot water for tea etc, and any possibility of buying food locally?--just trying to decide how minimalist I can be?

Someone's lucky day but not mine!

Where did that bloody wind come from!. Spent a cold and sleepless night in the roundhouse (good job it were there) trying to get our gear dry after the tent got flattened, flooded and broken . Apart from that a bloody good laugh with the lads.
Thanks Shipley John for putting it on and well done all .

Well that was a proper adventure weekend
Freezing, windy and a small amount of moisture
My bike cover must have disappeared over the tree tops and I spent about an hour around midnight holding my tent up!
Frikkin cold on the A1 and M62 coming home so hope those who had further to go like Darryl and Devon John got home safely
But the Craic in the roundhouse, watching the England game in the pub and that amazing pig (and enjoying eating bits of its head in the afternoon) were great memories of a brilliant weekend
