You should be fine on the 500, there is no question it will be slippy but that just mean you can get the back wheel sideways

Your gonna be in pain if you have a very worn rear tire on the plain after heavy rain yesterday or any day really. Very slippery and lots of pushing and pulling may be required.
Piccies and mire piccies please (thumbs)

May give this a miss now - i am in the area this morning and the rain is biblical ! If it lets up or not i will be at the meet point in my black van as the hp2 battery died yesterday so it is the 500 for me

Third time ive written this now, GRRRRR!

Cracking day out thanks for arranging it James, If im frr ill be out on the next one.

The Tyres had 4mm tread left so held up fine but pretty ruined now, time to change i think.

Not many more photo stops i'm afraid, and mounting my camera at the bottom of my frame guards was a very bad idea, dont know why i didnt figure that out before.. nevermind

I learnt a very valuable lesson, puddles are much deeper than you expect on the plain..

James, Darren, Cone

A great day, will make sure I get the HP2 going next time, but it was great on the 500!
