Looks like this could get a little bit messy with a few people having to drop out of the weekend and some people on the reserve list or others who haven't yet paid.
I pm'd Tea at the weekend to organise getting my £40 back, as I can't go unfortunately due to a family bereavement
Think it's probably easiest and most fair to let Tea sort out any refunds once all the final numbers are in / out, so hopefully noone is out of pocket and those who are going get to have a cracking weekend

I can't speak for this event, but I would not expect a refund this close to the date of the event as most monies have already been paid to the venue, hopefully some can fill the place so no one's out of pocket.
As I said this is just a general observation having run a few events.
