Pj - where do you want to go ? around the perimeter road from Upavon to the whitehorse at warminster with a cut across the plain to the bomb shelter an back ...inc the stonehenge thing being as most will be 1000cc +.

Orlando - 4 groups mate and your leading one so get planning a route whatever you think is appropriate for road tyres and nubbies on mid size bikes

the gravels okay but everything else very muddy and okay for knobblies etc ..

Mrfreemarket is doing a assesment this weekend and trying to find out whats open for the weekend were up there.

Yes Russ, thats about the size of it, I've got an o/s map of the plain, but was wondering if you had any gpx files of that area?

Pj- I`ll sort something out this weekend for you when I have better mobile signal..in the deepest part of the Newforest at the moment so only 1bar:evil:  .

Orlando- Hows about I do a route and we just go in opposite directions at the start:laugh:  As far as I know the east side is gonna be open for certs but the west well the main route across the plain via the bunker may be closed.

As long as you bring a o/s map on the day I`m sure we can sort something out between us...after all the wardens dont know were we are allowed eh:P :P .

I was planning on using the east tank ranges for basic training and then a tour of whats open on the west side incl stonehenge byeways and the link "gallops" dont really want to go down the Droves..we may never see the other riders again:whistle:  .

If you fancy a little offroad stuff before the meet to shake the cobwebs off so to speak ..me and oldboots are meeting at Downtown @7.30am on the sat morning on way to the rendevous point.
