I would love to come.

I've been out a couple of times on Salisbury plain on my Gas Gas and has been great fun. Would the easy run be suitable for a F650GS? I haven't ridden that off road yet but want to try it.

I'm only about 40 mins away in Somerset.

As long as you don't haev road tyres any bike will be fine...within reason of course.

It might be wet and a but muddy but the easy ride will be on hard packed army trails so you will be fine.

Oh don't worry Si...i cand find some really dirty muddy places for you. The main peri track that runs alongside the newish army trail is looking lovely with lots of deep ish puddles and loads of mud. Also the tanks were out over the past month so some of the routes are a churned up boggy mess.

The main track through the impact area is closed at the mo...a few weeks ago a couple of shells hit the road and they are trying to repair it...so i don't know it it will be open or not on the 30th.

We will also go look at Imber...it's only roads only there and we cannot stray off of them but it's worth a quick visit.
