Hi everyone,
I gathered these tools together for an RTW trip which never happened, and thus all of these tools are new and unused. I don't mind taking offers on the lot, individual, or groups of items.
1. Motion Pro Cable Luber (£10ono):
An excellent way to lubricate all your cables without removing them from your bike. Just add a can of silicone lubricant and in 1/2 an hour, your controls will be like new once again. Used to inject lubricant into cable housing. Clamps over housing and wire allowing an aerosol can to be connected. Once the lube runs out the far end, the cable is lubricated.
2. Motion Pro Bead Buddy 2 (£10ono):
A professional full-size clamp is used to help hold and replace your tyre onto your rim after an inner tune or tyre change. New and improved design of the original Bead Buddy®. Durable 6061 aluminium with blue anodized finish and laser engraved logo. A must for installing Bib Mousse tubes. Used to push the tire bead down into the drop centre of the rim on off-road wheels while using tire tools to change tires. Hooks over spoke and pushes the bead down on the opposite side of the tire from tire irons. No more fighting to keep bead down while installing off-road tires.
3. Motion Pro Bead Pro Tyre Bead Breaker (£55ono):
The Bead Pro Tire Tool is an innovative, compact and lightweight tool that makes it a breeze to break tire beads and change tires on the road, trail, or even in the shop. Innovative multi-use tire toolset. Breaks the bead on most street and off-road motorcycle tires. Integrated tire spoons for tire removal and installation. Lightweight and compact size are perfect for tool packs (just 9 ounces for set of 2). The length of each lever is 249 mm (9.8"). Ergonomic handles with crossguard to keep hands from riding forward. Forged 7075-T6 aluminium construction for strength and durability. Works great with the Motion Pro Bead Buddy 2. Black anodized finish.
5. Motion Pro Rim Shield II (£10ono):
NEW radically improved rim protectors! Plastic shaped protectors are used to stop damage to your shiny rims when changing tyres, tubes or mooses. New and improved version of original Rim Shield. Now made with genuine DuPont Zytel Super Tough nylon resin for unmatched strength and durability. Prevents rim damage from tire levers during tire changes, works great with the Motion Pro T6 Bead Buddy. Dual raised beads facilitate inserting tire lever under tire bead and prevent tire lever from slipping. Won't mark wheels. Finger holes make it easy to insert and remove. A long apron protects hands and spokes.
6. Motion Pro T-6 COMBO LEVER SET, 32MM, 10/12MM, 22/27MM ADAPTER (£50ono):
Super lightweight T7075 aircraft aluminium tyre levers with an integral ring spanner. Unbendable and unbreakable! Used by Dakar racers, RTW riders, extreme expeditions and trails. This adapter allows use on 27mm and 22mm axle nuts. 2 tire spoon set with versatile adapter insert. Both levers have perfectly contoured tire lever on one end. One lever has a unique combination of stepped 12/10 mm box end wrench on the other end for rim lock nuts. Unique no-pinch tip on one lever helps protect the inner tube during tire installation. The second wrench has a hex box wrench for 32 mm axle nuts on the other end. Made from lightweight forged 7075-T6 aluminium. Hard anodized finish. Wenches are under 10 inches in length and weigh only 3.5 oz. 32 mm hex for axle nuts is rated for a maximum torque of 90 lb/ft. 10/12 mm hex is rated for a maximum torque of 50 lb/ft. The unique patented adapter allows use on 27 mm and 22 mm axle nuts. The adapter is made from CNC machined aluminium for precise fit and function. The adapter weighs only 1 oz.
7. Motion Pro Tyre Levers (£15ono):
Professional quality steel tire lever for tough jobs (i.e changing moose's). A couple of these levers will make changing those stiff-sidewalled rally type tires a breeze.
