Shameless plug for a mate that is selling his Altrider Hemisphere bag. It's a good alternative to the Giant Loop Coyote that I've got - roll top unlike the early Coyote with a zip, external pockets for fluids etc and easy to take out the bag leaving the "holster" part on the bike:
