Sorry Bob, can't help you there, but if your thinking of selling your Montana I'd be interested, can't get screen to calibrate any more on mine, and don't think Garmin will look at it as it's to old

Ebay garmoin motorcycle lead... 12v angled mini usb end will do... Connect via permenant live switch.. Sorted.. About 12 quid...

No not selling Montana , just want to hardwire my zumo on Other bike , just loaded TET Portugal on my Montana

Yes Steve, I had a look on t' web about calibration issue and it does seem so be or have been fairly common, no easy fix as far as I can tell and yours is too old to send back to garmin as you say.
Touch wood mine seems ok so far.....that's probably the kiss of death

bought new for a 345 but never used, if you want it you can have it for whatever is half price of a new one plus £3 postage
