Zen Overland no longer sell the carbon covers for 990 Adventure
Hoping that there is a set out there ... perhaps never fitted and/or bike sold
Not so keen on the R&G version - not sure there are many other options?
Regards

Found it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from ... t=0&_oac=1
But what thickness do you use? And how do you get it to mould into shape? Hairdryer?

2mm kydex from ebay
Can go 3mm if needed
Just cut oversized shape, into oven until soft, lay over part and mould with hand until cold. Use heat gud to get fine detail areas
Then trim and sand edges
It just stuck it on with high temp silicone. Left an good bead on it to allow it act as a cushion when dropped
